Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Crispenco! Here's how we get your order to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times

Estimated US delivery is typically 7–15 business days after processing. Times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak periods.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $30. Orders under $30 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

Order tracking

We'll email a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.

Delayed or lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, email support@crispenco.com and we'll help.
