We want you to love your Crispenco steamer. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused or gently tested, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return

Email us at support@crispenco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Non-returnable situations

We can't accept returns on items damaged through misuse, or requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
