How fast does it heat up?

About 15 seconds. Fill it with clean water, turn it on, and you're pretty much ready before you've finished picking an outfit.

Can I use it on all my clothes?

Cotton, linen, silk, wool blends, polyester, most of what ends up in a suitcase. For anything delicate, keep it an inch or two off the fabric and test a small spot first.

Can I take it on a plane?

Yep, it's small and made for travel. Just empty the water tank before you pack it.

How long does shipping take?

We get orders out in 1 to 3 business days, and they usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days in the US. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Is shipping free?

On any US order over $100, yes. Orders under that have a small flat rate shown at checkout.

What if I don't like it?

You've got 30 days. Email us and we'll make it right.

How do I track my order?

Use the link in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? Send us your order number and we'll resend it.
